Corn Belt Feedstuffs
Wholesale Bids.  Truck or Rail dollars per ton.

   Feedstuff prices were mix for the week.  Soybean meal continues to rally due

to spillover support from soybeans.  Gluten meal saw slight gains on modest
demand.  Losses posted on the corn market last week spilled over into some corn

by-products.

   SOYBEAN MEAL:  48 percent rail was 14.40-16.40 higher from 404.20-416.20 per

ton.  48 percent truck was 11.40-12.40 higher from 407.20-418.20 per ton.
   CORN BY-PRODUCTS:  Gluten Feed 21 percent, FOB Midwest barge was steady to
7.00 higher from 40.00-65.00 per ton; rail was steady to 2.00 lower from 55.00-

70.00 per ton; truck was 1.00-3.00 higher from 65.00-85.00 per ton; weighted
average was 11 cents higher at 64.92 per ton.  Weighted average price based on
the movement volume by transportation method.  60 percent Gluten Meal, FOB
Midwest was 5.00-10.00 higher from 475.00-530.00, mostly 500.00-520.00 per ton.

Hominy Feed, Central Illinois Point rail was 7.50-10.00 lower from 75.00-77.50

per ton; trucks were 2.00-10.00 lower from 80.00-88.00 per ton.  Crude Corn Oil

was steady from 34.50-35.50 cents per pound.
   MILLFEEDS:  Chicago was 2.50-3.00 higher from 97.50-100.00 per ton; Buffalo
was steady to 3.00 lower from 87.00-105.00 per ton.
   DISTILLER'S DRIED GRAINS:  Eastern Corn-belt was steady from 90.00-115.00
per
ton; Chicago area was steady to 6.00 lower from 91.00-100.00 per ton;
Lawrenceburg, IN was steady at 115.00 per ton; Nebraska was steady to 5.00
lower
from 75.00-95.00 per ton; Minnesota was 3.00-5.00 lower from 75.00-82.00 per
ton; Kansas was steady to 11.00 lower from 75.00-105.00 per ton.  Iowa was 5.00

lower to 1.00 higher from 70.00-86.00 per ton.  Northern Missouri was steady to

5.00 lower from 95.00-100.00 per ton.
   ALFALFA PELLETS:  Toledo, Ohio 17 percent dehydrated were steady to 5.00
higher from 260.00-265.00 per ton; meal was steady to 5.00 higher from 264.00-
269.00 per ton, with 1/2 percent oil from 267.00-272.00 per ton, and with 1
percent oil from 270.00-275.00 per ton.
