Kansas City Weekly Feedstuff Review
Truck bids per ton unless otherwise stated.

   Feedstuff prices were mixed this week, as soybean meal was higher with
soybean prices increasing over the last week.  Millfeeds were higher on good
demand and tight supplies.  Cottonseed meal, gluten feed, and KC feather meal
were all steady with last week.


   Soybean meal, 48 percent was 14.00-17.00 higher from 331.30-340.30 per ton.
Soybean hulls were steady at 90.00-96.00 per ton.  Soybean Hull Pellets were
steady at 95.00-96.00 per ton.  41 percent Cottonseed Meal was unchanged to
5.00
higher at 240.00-245.00 per ton.  21 percent gluten feed pellets were unchanged

at 104.00-120.00 per ton.  60 percent Gluten Meal was 5.00-10.00 from 490.00-
500.00 per ton.  Kansas Interior millfeeds, Rail was 12.00-13.00 higher from
87.00-93.00; Trucks were 11.00 higher from 101.00-106.00 per ton.  Hominy Feed
(FOB KC Northwest) truck was unchanged to 1.00 lower from 97.00-110.00 per ton;

rail was 1.00 lower to 2.00 higher from 97.00-105.00 per ton.  Meat and Bone
Meal was 7.00-10.00 higher at 350.00-360.00 per ton.  Feather Meal was
unchanged
from 500.00-525.00 per ton.  Yellow Grease was 150 points higher at 20.50 per
pound.  Dehydrated Alfalfa Meal was unchanged from 234.00-239.00 per ton; Sun-
Cured 15 percent pellets were unchanged to 2.00 lower from 193.00.00-203.00 per

ton; Alfalfa Center of NE pellets, 17 percent were steady from 205.00-210.00 pe

ton; Meal without oil was steady from 209.00-214.00 per ton; Hay prices were
not
available.
