Kansas City Weekly Feedstuff Review
Truck bids per ton unless otherwise stated.

   Feedstuff prices remained mixed, as soybean meal was higher as soybeans are
trading higher.  Gluten feed and meal remained mostly unchanged, as the biggest

change was in feather meal as it was sharply higher on less poultry numbers and

good demand.


   Soybean meal, 48 percent was 7.90-10.90 higher from 306.20-321.20 per ton.
Soybean hulls were 5.00-14.00 lower from 90.00-96.00 per ton.  Soybean Hull
Pellets were unchanged to 19.00 lower from 95.00-96.00 per ton.  41 percent
Cottonseed Meal was unchanged at 240.00 per ton.  21 percent gluten feed
pellets
were unchanged from 104.00-120.00 per ton.  60 percent Gluten Meal was
unchanged
to 10.00 higher from 480.00-500.00 per ton.  Kansas Interior millfeeds, Rail
was
12.00 higher from 67.00-72.00; Trucks were 10.00 higher from 80.00-85.00 per
ton.  Hominy Feed (FOB KC Northwest) truck was unchanged to 2.00 higher from
95.00-107.00 per ton; rail was unchanged to 1.00 higher from 96.00-100.00 per
ton.  Meat and Bone Meal was 20.00 higher at 335.00 per ton.  Feather Meal was
40.00-60.00 higher from 485.00-515.00 per ton.  Yellow Grease was 250 points
higher at 17.50 per pound.  Dehydrated Alfalfa Meal was steady from 239.00-
244.00 per ton; Sun-Cured 15 percent pellets were steady from 193.00.00-208.00
per ton; Alfalfa Center of NE pellets, 17 percent were steady from
210.00-215.00
per ton; Meal without oil was steady from 214.00-219.00 per ton; Hay prices
were
not available.
