Bids for grains delivered to Portland, Oregon during March by rail or
barge, in dollars per bushel, except oats, corn and barley, in dollars
per cwt. Bids for soft white wheat are for delivery periods as
specified. All other wheat and barley bids are for full March delivery.

May wheat futures closed 10-1/4 to 16 cents lower compared to Mondays
closes.

Bids for US 1 Soft White Wheat, any protein and maximum 10.5 percent
protein, for March delivery trended steady to five cents per bushel
higher compared to Mondays noon bids.

Bids for 11.5 percent protein US 1 Hard Red Winter Wheat for March
delivery were 16 to 18 cents per bushel lower in lining up with the lower
Kansas City May wheat futures. Some exporters were not issuing bids for
March delivery and some exporters lowered their bases slightly compared
to Mondays levels.

Bids for 14 percent protein US 1 Dark Northern Spring for March
delivery 10 to 15 cents per bushel lower, pressured by lower Minneapolis
spring wheat futures and lower bases bid by some exporters.

Bids for US 2 barley for March delivery were not fully established
as most exporters were not issuing bids for nearby delivery.

Bids for US 2 Yellow Corn were 6-1/4 to 17-1/2 cents per bushel lower
than Mondays noon bids in response to lower Chicago May
corn futures and lower bases bid by some traders.
