Minnesota Feedstuffs - Prices for the week ending Tuesday, March 10, 2008
**All prices are quoted per ton, unless otherwise noted.*

    Feed ingredient prices were mostly lower this past week.  Demand was
moderate at best.

Oilseeds:
  The May Soybean Meal March futures closed 6.60 higher at 271.30; July closed
8.50 higher at 268.70.  The May Soybean Oil futures closed 56 points higher at
30.98 cents per pound; July closed 59 points higher at 31.31 cents per pound.
The high protein Soybean Meal in Minnesota was 7.60 to 12.10 higher from
277.80-
283.30; the basis was ranged 6.50-12.00 over the May futures. Linseed Meal, 34
pct protein was not established as several places were closed due to a snow
storm in the North Dakota-Minnesota area. Sunflower Meal, 13 pct fiber, 34 pct
protein was not established as several places were closed due to a snow storm
in
the North Dakota-Minnesota area. Soybean Oil was 26 t0 29 points higher from
27.48-27.68 cents per pound; the basis ranged 350-330 points under the May
futures.

Animal Protein:
   Meat and Bone Meal, 50 pct protein was steady to 5.00 lower from 295.00-
300.00 for ruminant; pork was ranged 320.00-340.00.  Yellow Grease was 50 to
100
points lower from 16.50-17.75 cents per pound. Choice White Grease was 100 to
125 points lower from 18.25-18.75 cents per pound. Feather Meal was steady to
5.00 higher from 430.00-475.00.

Millfeeds:
   Wheat Middlings were 13.00 to 15.00 lower from 70.00-82.00. The Sacked Bran
was steady at 245.00.

Others:
   Dehydrated Alfalfa Meal, 17 pct protein was steady at 210.00.
